These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of semi-permanent makeup services offered by Tattoo By Geo, located in Childwall, Liverpool (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist" or "we"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Your appointment is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and you have been sent a confirmation.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings to clients with a repeated history of late cancellations or no-shows.
The Artist provides semi-permanent makeup services as described on tattoobygeo.com and during the consultation. All services are carried out at our private home clinic in Childwall, Liverpool. Treatment descriptions and results shown online are for guidance only — individual results may vary.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or allergies that may affect the treatment prior to or at the time of booking. A patch test may be required to ensure no allergic reactions to the pigments or materials used. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in the appointment being declined.
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup services. Proof of age may be requested at the time of the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if this requirement cannot be verified.
Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Artist to ensure the best possible results and minimise the risk of complications. Written aftercare guidance will be provided following every treatment. The Artist cannot be held responsible for adverse results arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Touch-up sessions, if required, are typically scheduled 6–8 weeks after the initial appointment and may be subject to an additional charge.
The Artist takes every reasonable precaution to ensure treatments are carried out safely and professionally. However, the Artist is not liable for any unforeseen results, reactions, or complications that may arise post-treatment where the Client has provided accurate medical information and followed aftercare guidance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
By booking an appointment or submitting an enquiry form, you consent to Tattoo By Geo contacting you via telephone and SMS in connection with your appointment or enquiry. Personal data is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Tattoo By Geo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at tattoobygeo.com/terms-conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
